Kevin W. Massengill is the Executive Chairman of Meraglim Holdings Corporation​, a professional, scientific, and technical investment holding company, and the CEO of Raven Predictive Analytics® a patent-pending enterprise SaaS combining AI, complexity science, and human intelligence for institutional investors and corporate leaders. He is also the Managing Director of Massengill Advisory LLC, a Florida-based business consultancy and family office managing investments in hard assets and private equity. Massengill is currently the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board for several acquisition-focused QLA investment holding companies: Brighter Electrical, Caliburn Capital, EVI Holdings, Huntingstone Partners, Impact Holdings, NorthStar Essential Holdings, Optimized Growth Holdings, Panthera Senior Living, Prime Regency, RecordAI, United Pain Clinics, Vernal Partners, White Strix Holdings, and others in development. He has completed the International Directors Program at INSEAD Fontainebleau, the Program on Negotiation for Senior Executives at Harvard Law School, and held FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.

Experienced in agile management, he also served as the Security Liaison Officer in the Republic of Korea and an advisor on defense measures across the United Arab Emirates. He is an advocate for strong and competent leadership in any facet of life. Bryan’s passion for constant improvement drives his action to build and inspire. Annette Tirabasso

With 30+ years of experience in professional services in the financial and consumer services, Ms. Tirabasso knows how to drive innovation and growth and improve operations and financial performance. Annette understands the challenges associated with driving change and has the vision and grit it takes to grow and scale a company. She is a retired Deloitte Partner who advised CEOs and executive teams of Fortune 500 clients participating in nearly 100 Board and Executive Committee meetings. Annette was elected to Deloitte Consulting’s Global Transition Board to govern the potential legal separation of Consulting from Attest evaluating client base and mix, financial impacts, global strategy, Partner and staff compensation, fairness to constituencies, and governance. She was accountable for year-over-year revenue growth, profitability and client satisfaction and held executive leadership positions in Consulting’s Financial Services Industry and Strategy & Operations practices. She served in other leadership roles including DE&I (Women’s Initiative) and member of both the Staff Compensation and Partner Admission Committees. Prior to Deloitte, Ms. Tirabasso held positions in Marketing, Retail Systems Development and Bank Operations at Key Bank where she was responsible for marketing research, integrating new products into operations and systems and prioritizing technology changes in the Retail Line of Business. As a Management Engineer at University Hospitals of Cleveland, Annette was responsible for efficiency and effectiveness in the ancillary areas of the hospital and revenue cycle improvements. She is also a former golf course owner. As current CEO and Founder of Tirabasso Transformation Group, she advises clients in operations, strategy, technology, marketing and sales, M&A, governance, enterprise risk, shared services, human capital and succession planning. She is also a guest lecturer at the University of North Georgia MBA course, on best practices in enterprise project management, developing and managing relationships and governance.

Joel has over twenty years of senior living industry leadership experience. His provider experience includes owning and operating 20+ memory care communities. He is a board member and former President of Wisconsin Assisted Living Association. Joel led EHR sales leading ECP from a start-up provider to an industry leader with over 6,000 clients nationwide. As part of the M3 Insurance Senior Living Practice group he served the insurance and risk management needs of providers through the Midwest. He is currently leading the enterprise senior living provider business development team and pharmacy partnerships nationwide. Joel has a comprehensive network of provider and industry partner connections across the country. Finally he is an instructor for the State of Wisconsin assisted living administrator certification program teaching both marketing and finance to new administrators.

Currently the owner and operator of over 600 senior housing doors and more than $200M under management. Jason has a pipeline under construction of 400 more doors coming to market by 2024. Jason is involved in every aspect of company operations, with a particular emphasis on long-range planning, acquisitions, financing, project development, and lease-up.
